One page, the real numbers. No hidden charges for buyers, one flat commission for creators.
Commission
Our standard commission is 15% per sale. As a limited-time launch offer, it's reduced to 10% — meaning you keep 90% — for all sales through 31 December 2026. There are no monthly subscription fees and no listing fees.
Payouts
Payouts are processed weekly for all completed orders, via bank transfer or PayPal.
Refunds
- Digital courses & tutorials: final sale — no refunds or returns, since access is granted immediately on payment.
- Physical artworks & products: return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, for damaged or wrong items only. No change-of-mind returns.
- Customized & personalized items: not returnable or replaceable.
